Travelspree collects information from its user when they register to gain access or order to purchase any travel related services from the website. During the registration the travel data that is stored may include: Name, Address, and Email, Travel Schedules, Seating and Meal Preferences, Accommodations, & Reservation Information, as well as Passport Details that may be essential to fulfil regulation related to the customer’s travel. The information you share is highly confidential and will be shared only for matters related to the customer’s travel.

• If cancellation is made any time not less than11 days prior to departure, 20% or Rs. 12,500/- (whichever is higher) shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
